PvZ Lawn Levels: Full 13-Level Strategy Walkthrough

The demo's 13 levels split into two acts: ten day levels that teach the roster, and three night levels that change the rules. This walkthrough covers the strategy for each stretch, not just a list of what appears.

Day levels 1 to 4: learn the economy

Early levels hand you a few plants and one or two lanes. The only lesson that matters: plant sunflowers first. Two columns of sunflowers before the first big wave funds the shooters you need. Do not spend early sun on extra peashooters; economy first, army second. If installs are your blocker rather than strategy, our install walkthrough gets the game running.

Day levels 5 to 8: five lanes, real pressure

Now the full lawn opens. Standard formation: two sunflower columns at the back, a shooter column, then wall-nuts in front of the danger lanes. Coneheads start appearing, which is your cue to double up damage in their lanes or drop a potato mine in their path. Keep one cherry bomb in reserve for the wave that surprises you.

Day levels 9 to 10 and the minigames

The demo mixes in wall-nut bowling and a conveyor-belt stage around here. Both remove the economy game entirely: you get what you are given. Bowling rewards aiming at clusters; the conveyor rewards fast placement over perfect placement.

Night levels 1 to 3: the rules change

Night is a different game. The sky stops dropping sun, gravestones occupy random tiles, and your economy runs on sun-shrooms. Read our night level guide before these: fume-shrooms and puff-shrooms carry the damage while sun-shrooms grow. Pro tip from the community: the shovel currently clears gravestones too, which is either a bug or a feature depending on your generosity.
