PvZ Lawn v1.0.0 vs v1.0.1: Which Version Is Real

Both version numbers are real, and they describe the same demo. The confusion comes from where each number is printed.

Where each number comes from

The APK itself reports v1.0.0 (build 1): that is the version baked into the Android package metadata. The developer's storefront page lists the release as v1.0.1 DEMO: that is the release label on the download page. Same content, two labels, one from the package and one from the shelf.

Is there any content difference?

No. Both labels point to the debut demo: 13 levels, 11 plants, day and night campaign, the two minigames. There is no secret newer build hiding behind the higher number. If a third-party site offers you a 'v1.0.1 APK' with extra features, treat it as a repack and read our fake mod warning before touching it.

Which should you download?

The v1.0.0 APK from our install guide. It is the verified package, and its number matching the APK metadata is actually a good sign: it means nobody renumbered it. When the developer ships a true update, our version archive will list it with a real changelog.
